Thank you for shopping at J K Furniture. We want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all physical addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

  • Note: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to the size and weight of our furniture products.

2. Shipping Costs & Rates

We believe in full transparency. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all orders

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Cut-off Time:  5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Transit Time (Delivery Window):  5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time:  6 to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Depending on the size of the item, your order will ship via:

  • Parcel Carriers: FedEx, UPS, or DHL (for smaller items like coffee tables, lamps, or chairs).

  • Freight Shipping (LTL): For large and heavy items. This is usually a curbside delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours.

6. Damages and Issues during Transit

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.

  • If you notice any damage to the box or the furniture itself, please make a note of it when signing for delivery, take clear photos, and contact us immediately at help@jkfurniture.store within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, it will be treated under our Return Policy.
